Tender description

Swindon Borough Council will be seeking to procure services to provide care and support to vulnerable adults living in and around four Independent Living schemes in Swindon. The service will provide 24/7 support to the people living in the 164 units of accommodation within these four schemes with planned support and day activities for those living in the scheme and the community during the day. The service is aiming to prevent the need of vulnerable adults requiring residential care or domiciliary care to those living in the community. The service will also be required to co-ordinate and/or deliver a range of quality life-affirming activities seven days a week. Keywords: Extra Care, Independent Living, Day Centres
