Tender description

The successful procurement of services required for the new scalable free-flow charging solution is vital to ensure the project is able to achieve these objectives, therefore the critical friend shall provide the following advice and assurance to support the project: - independent assurance on the validity of the currently proposed packaging strategy and outline service model; - independent assurance on the quality of the current statement of requirements; - independent assurance on the plausibility of the currently proposed payment approach; and - independent assurance on the plausibility of the currently proposed
