Clarion requires an insured benefits broker to negotiate with our existing and potential providers of both the flexible and contractual benefits to ensure that best value is being delivered by these products, and that Clarion is taking advantage of any improvements to its processes (and subsequently cost savings). Clarion Housing requires a benefits broker to: — provide the ongoing review of the flexible benefits offered to ensure that they are cost effective, desirable for staff and have a scalable solution which will allow for non contractual benefits to be introduced or removed, — review and re-broker (where appropriate) Clarion’s contractual benefits on time ensuring cover is maintained and that best value is being delivered for the organisation, — where multiple policies exist under different providers, review and consolidate these policies where possible to stream line the administration of our core benefits, — work in partnership to support and guide Clarion with regards to insured and risk benefits, — deliver efficient administration support services, minimising the input required by Clarion to deliver the benefit schemes.
