Tender description
TALK Derby is a programme of support to strengthen the development of speech, language and communication skills in the early years in Derby. The overall aim of Talk Derby is to increase the social mobility of children in some of the most disadvantaged areas of Derby. A previous tender (TD1408) for the delivery of the programme is currently undergoing evaluation. No bids were received for Lot 1 of that tender, so we are now launching this tender to allow organisations the opportunity bid again.
