Tender description

The Council requires a suitably qualified and resourced contractor to provide a building facilities management service to the estate portfolio as identified within the documentation. Wolverhampton Homes (WH) is an Arm's Length Management Organisation, wholly owned by the Wolverhampton City Council, during the life of the contract WH may act as the Clients representative/agent. The proposed terms and conditions for this project are the JCT MTC 2016 Measured Term Contract 2016, with any relevant Amendments. It is assumed that any supplier returning a tender for this requirement will have a copy and is familiar with these terms and conditions and will have previous experience of executing contracts on this basis. A schedule of amendments for the standard JCT MTC 2016 Measured Term Contract 2016 have been included as part of this ITT. It is the Council's intention that this requirement will be awarded to a single supplier who will be responsible for the delivery of the entire works.
