Tender description

Procurement hub, part of places for people group are seeking applications from qualified suppliers and contractors of gas maintenance, auditing and/or compliance and data management solutions who can provide high quality services using a customer focused approach particularly in the public sector to create an end to end gas compliance framework. It is anticipated that the services will be provided by the supplier themselves and via their supply chain of subcontractors and consultants. The specific works and services that may be procured under the framework will be vast and wide ranging in terms of complexity, value and scope. This framework is being procured for the benefit of procurement hub members across three national lots: — Lot 1: Gas Audit Services, — Lot 2: Gas Servicing and Maintenance Contractor, — Lot 3: Gas Compliance and Data Management Solution. The provision of gas auditing services on a national basis. The audit services required may include annual gas service post inspection, boiler installation post inspection, LSGR desktop audits, carbon monoxide investigations, independent installation reports and auditing of the repairs service. 1 provider will be appointed to this lot. The successful provider must be gas safe registered and be able to complete audits to procurement hub members nationally The duration of the framework is intended to last for a period of 4 years. Call-offs may be made in the final year of the framework agreement which may extend the durations beyond this period. It is intended that this Framework Agreement will be capable of being used by other Contracting Authorities in UK. This procurement is being undertaken by the contracting authority for itself and as lead authority for the benefit of other organisations set out below as referred to in I.1 (without any obligation for them to participate) of the OJEU notice (and any successor body of any of the organisations listed) and for the benefit of any Contracting Authority that may fall within the geographical remit of this agreement. The provision of gas servicing and maintenance on a national basis. The annual service is to include servicing of all gas appliance in the property and produce a landlord’s gas safety record (LGSR) for the Client. In addition to the service, the boilers are to be maintained on a 3* cover basis. One provider will be appointed to this lot. The successful provider must be Gas Safe Registered and be able to complete service and maintenance requirements to Procurement Hub Members nationally. The duration of the framework is intended to last for a period of 4 years. Call-offs may be made in the final year of the Framework Agreement which may extend the durations beyond this period. It is intended that this Framework Agreement will be capable of being used by other Contracting Authorities in UK. This solution must capture and manage the data for gas servicing, repairs and installations, including repair history and proof of visit. 1 provider will be appointed to this lot. The successful provider must be able to implement their solution to procurement hub members nationally. The duration of the framework is intended to last for a period of 4 years. Call-offs may be made in the final year of the Framework Agreement which may extend the durations beyond this period. It is intended that this Framework Agreement will be capable of being used by other Contracting Authorities in UK.
