Capital Works Consultants Framework

Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea is proposing to place a four year consultants framework agreement to support its housing capital investment programme. It is intended that the frameworks will commence in December 2019 in sufficient time to deliver the capital programme commencing financial year 2020/2021. Over the term of the agreements the anticipated combined spend may be in the order of £30m. There framework will divided into a number of Lots. It is expected that the Lots will be: Lot Consultants 1 Multi-Disciplinary 2 M&E 3 District Heating Systems 4 Discipline Specialist Building Surveyor 5 Discipline Specialist - Structural Surveyor 6 Discipline Specialist - Clerk of Works 7 Discipline Specialist - Quantity Surveyor 8 Discipline Specialist - Architect 9 Discipline Specialist - CDM/Principal Designer 10 Discipline Specialist - Contract Administrator / Employers Agent 11 Discipline Specialist - Project Manager On 9 May 2019 the Council will be holding an event for potential bidders when the structure and further details of the framework will be presented.
