Tender description

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is looking to appoint a specialist Contractor experienced in the field of Demolition. This scope of work, described comprises the Demolition of the Councils owned two storey commercial unit located at 1 and 1A Town Centre, Hatfield. The project to also include all necessary temporary works, temporary support, reinstatement, access equipment, logistics, CDM and other compliance and passive or active traffic management necessary to carry out the works. The Contract will be let on a NFDC Form of Direct Contract 2018 with some Client required clause variations.
