Tender description

This invitation to tender seeks to implement efficient business travel management services for the British Council in East Asia, as outlined in the specification attached to the tender. This will cover all our business travel needs: booking international and domestic flights, rail and hotel rooms, car rental, chauffeur services and visa processing (short term travel visa – not employment visa). The solution may be delivered by one supplier or multiple suppliers, and we will be considering online booking solutions whenever possible and relevant.
