Single-Operator Framework Agreement for the Provision of Waste Management Services to HRI Racecourses Ltd

Tender description

HRI Racecourses Ltd is seeking a suitably resourced provider for the provision of waste management services. It is anticipated that an initial agreement of one years’ duration will be entered into with the successful tenderer for the provision of waste management services to Leopardstown Racecourse, Leopardstown Golf Centre and Fairyhouse Racecourse, commencing in quarter one of 2019. Navan Racecourse and Tipperary Racecourse will not be included in the initial requirement but may opt to avail of this framework agreement in the future, if services are available in their areas from the successful tenderer. Availability of services to Navan and Tipperary Racecourses will be considered favourably in the evaluation of Award Criterion B. Please note that the Contracting Authority provides no guarantee to any future expenditure. It is emphasised that a framework agreement constitutes no guarantee to purchase any specific quantity of services from a particular economic operator.
