Tender description

Highways England require a dedicated public relations agency to support and advise the business on building and protecting reputation, trust and credibility with new and identified external stakeholder groups and audiences of strategic importance. The successful public relations agency will be expected to travel to and between key Highways England locations, including but not limited to: — Bedford, — Birmingham, — Bristol, — Exeter, — Guildford, — Leeds, — Manchester. The successful agency is required to provide public relations support, including but not limited to: — corporate reputational management, — corporate social responsibility, social purpose, community benefit and public value management.
