Premium High Street (recognised) café concept from our Rootes Social Building

Tender description

The University of Warwick is seeking tenders for the grant of a concession to operate a premium High Street (recognised) café concept from our Rootes Social Building. This is an exciting opportunity to operate out of a café located in a prime spot on the piazza in the very centre of campus. The Rootes building directly faces the Students' Union and is opposite the Warwick Arts Centre. The concession will be for a term of 5 years from the date of contract commencement.
