Tender description

Leicester City Council (the Council) is undertaking a transformation programme to centralise the management of various types of bookings, a replacement e-learning product and a management system to support this. The Council is at an early stage in development of its proposals but prior to formulating any formal procurement opportunity, seeks input from the market as to what might be the most potentially attractive way of packaging and scoping a future procurement opportunity. The Council is interested in understanding the market, and whether vendors can supply all (our preferred option) or one of the components / modules we are looking to replace before commencing a formal tender process.
