Tender description
Long acting reversible contraception services. A competitive procurement has been undertaken, falling within social and other specific services set out in section 7 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and will establish 2 Open Select Lists (OSL). An OSL is a flexible framework approach which ensures that the market can remain dynamic by periodically giving new providers to opportunity to join. This will ensure that the market remains sustainable in the long term, and enable the Council to ensure that all providers are suitably qualified based on consistent application of LCC requirements and policies.
