Landscape & Groundwork Maintenance Contract

Tender description

Contractor to provide landscape and groundwork maintenance on the Merseytravel premises listed on the Specification. The Service shall comprise any and all initial works necessary by the Contractor whether cutting back excess growth, uprooting, replanting (but not increasing the planting), treating, mulching etc., any item or combination of appropriate items in the Schedule of Rates, including the provision and establishment on-site of all necessary labour, plant, fuel, tools, equipment etc., and the supply and application of all necessary chemical solutions as per the specification.
