Tender description

Supply, commissioning and installation of protein capillary electrophoresis equipment, along with the ongoing maintenance, software and consumable support for all existing and new systems. This Framework Agreement is split into the following lots: Lot 1: Framework for Capillary Electrophoresis Equipment; Lot 2: Framework for Capillary Isoelectric Focusing Electrophoresis Equipment; Lot 3: Framework for Combined Capillary Electrophoresis/Capillary Isoelectric Focusing Electrophoresis. Lot 1 is to supply capillary electrophoresis equipment with label free detection for the analysis of proteins, amino acids and other common biopharmaceutical related analytes. Lot 2 is to supply capillary isoelectric focusing Electrophoresis equipment for the rapid, high resolution separation of charged protein isoforms. The equipment must be capable of separating the charged isoforms for a range of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies and other recombinant proteins. Lot 3 is to supply equipment that can combine the technologies required in both Lot 1 and 2 into a singular instrument.
