Tender for the supply of employability pipeline services. Dundee City Council’s European Social Funds Employability Pipeline Programme (“Pipeline”) is a multi-partnership approach to delivering a range of services that support eligible citizens (“clients”) in Dundee to progress towards, secure and sustain suitable work and/or assist those who are experiencing precarious employment (i.e. underemployment/low income employment) to improve their labour market situation. The supplier will deliver the employability pipeline services contract as a delivery partner within the pipeline and contribute to the achievement of the associated outputs and results agreed with Scottish Government. This is the overall nature of the contract.
