Tender description
The Normandy Memorial Trust is proposing to construct a world class memorial to the British servicemen who gave their lives in the D-Day Landings of June 1944. The chosen site for the memorial occupies approximately 20 Hectares of land immediately to the West of Ver-Sur-Mer in Normandy, France. Memorial project with inscribed wall (75m) and pergolas (160nr); hard and soft landscaping (137 000 m2); car park (10 700 m2); minor buildings (toilets and maintenance).
