Tender description

Liverpool City Council, on behalf of Liverpool Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs Schools, wish to undertake a procurement for a Management Information and Financial System. As the current contract for this system is due to expire March 2020, Liverpool City Council would like to engage the market to understand the current offerings and solutions available which would meet the Schools’ requirements. Engagement will be through a series of informal sessions and demonstrations between May and July 2019 to inform the procurement. It is anticipated that the scope of will include but not be limited to: — managing examination entries and results analysis electronically, — managing and monitoring special educational needs, — collation of pupil achievement recording and analysis, — production of appropriate pupil and parental reports, — monitoring and management of school dinner money process, — pupil record collation including contacts and other personal information, — child attendance, recording, analysis and reporting, — staff records, including experience, CPD and other personal information, — management of timetable preparation and options scheduling.
