Tender description

Solution Scope: Defining the business requirements and implementation approach for the Cyber Deployment Directorate (CDD). Solution Objectives: - Define NHS Digital's detailed supplier requirements for CDD implementation - Define the work packages and sourcing options per work package - Validate CDD costs and provide a rationale for any uplift to planning assumptions (if required). (Note that additional detailed costing is out of scope.) - Define CDD procurement principles and tender evaluation criteria - Develop high level roadmap outlining sourcing milestones and dependencies - Provide a summary presentation that, following agreement, will be used as the primary input to the tendering process
