NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS Greater Nottingham Clinical Commissioning Partnership (referred to as the Commissioner(s) from this point onwards) acting under co-commissioning delegated authority from NHS England (North Midlands), invited suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the primary medical services (referred to as the Service(s) from here onwards) in caretaking capacity at the following Medical Practice on urgent basis under a short-term APMS contract. Whyburn Medical Practice - Hucknall Health Centre, Curtis St, Hucknall, Nottingham NG15 7JE As a result of the procurement an agreement has been established with the successful Bidder for a period of 12 months with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to further 12 months subject to satisfactory review. The service provision will commence from 01 June 2019.
