Coillte CGA (Coillte, or the Company) requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced professional Project Management Company to provide Project Management (PM) services in respect of co-ordinating and managing the delivery of Phase 1 of the commercial tourism offering at Avondale House (Planning reference number Wicklow County Council: 181158) Coillte is now soliciting initial expressions of interest from prospective PM companies on the basis described in the summary document attached. This procurement is for the establishment of a single party Framework Agreement. Only firms that have sufficient relevant experience and bandwidth should reply to this call for competition.
