Tender description
Harborough District Council intends to appoint property agents in respect of: Lettings: (i) the initial and ongoing lettings of “Grow on Space”, Compass Point Business Park, Market Harborough; (ii) the ongoing lettings at the Harborough Innovation Centre, Airfield Farm Business Park, Market Harborough. And Management: (i) day-to-day property management of compass point, including operational, maintenance and financial management. Harborough District Council (“the Council”) intends to appoint property agents in respect of lettings: (i) the initial and ongoing lettings of “Grow on Space”, Compass Point Business Park, Market Harborough; (ii) potentially, in the future, the ongoing lettings at the Harborough Innovation Centre, Airfield Farm Business Park, Market Harborough. Harborough District Council intends to appoint property agents in respect of management: (i) day-to-day property management of compass point, including operational, maintenance and financial management.
