Building Surveyor

Tender description

Radius Housing Association wishes to appoint a Building Surveyor to provide services in relation to the refurbishment of existing dwellings, services in relation to Existing Satisfactory Purchases (ESP) and services in relation to Off the Shelf (OTS) purchases. A summary of the services required from the Building Surveyor are identified below (full details are provided in the ITT): - Construction Building Surveying - Building and Measured Surveys Services - Asset Management Services - Feasibility Services - Property Services The term of the Appointment of a Building Surveyor is anticipated to be 12 months with the option to extend for a further 12 month period. The programme for services required for each individual project under the Appointment of a Building Surveyor will vary in duration.
