We wish to appoint a main contractor to undertake new build construction of 57 No new build social housing units at 142 — 154 Upper Dunmurry Lane, Belfast for the following mix of accommodation. — 14 No 5 person 3 bedroom houses, — 27 No 3 person 2 bedroom houses, — 6 No 2 person 1 bedroom apartments, — 8 No 3 person 2 bedroom CAT1 apartments, — 1 No 5 person 3 bedroom W/C bungalow, — 1 No 3 person 2 bedroom W/C bungalow. The scheme has been programmed to commence on site on or before 31.3.2018 for inclusion in the 2017/18 social housing development programme subject to receipt of planning permission and NIHE project approval.
