Tender description

The Contracting Authority is holding a competition to select an architect led design team to both design and obtain planning permission for the development of City Block 19, Grand Canal, Dublin — Government Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) Stages I and II. It is intended that the contract to be awarded will be with a single economic operator.
