Tender description
Architects services to provide full design work in respect of the redevelopment of Her Majesty's Prison Holloway, Parkhurst Road, Greater London, N7 0NU. The project was already in progress when Peabody Trust assumed responsibility for the development, with some of the associated services already contractually committed to the scheme. One such commitment are the design services being provided by Alfred Hall Monaghan Morris Ltd. Peabody have an obligation to maintain this existing contractual obligation held by the previous developer (London square) and the architects, AHMM. The architect was procured by the original developer (London squared) prior to Peabody Trust taking over responsibility as the lead developer on this scheme.
