TC084 - Manned Guarding Security

Tender description

The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for Manned Guarding Security which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. This procurement exercise is being run as an Open Invitation to Tender (ITT) and the Authority will appoint a single contractor on the Framework Agreement. The term of the Framework Agreement will be for two (2) years with the option to extend for a further two (2) twelve month extensions. It is intended for the Framework Agreement to commence on 1 July 2019. The Authority is seeking a Provider to provide a schedule of hourly rates for each of the duty specifications in relation to the provision of support to its security service. The hours available will be as and when required with a minimum of 4 hours per assignment. Each assignment will have a minimum notice time to the Provider of 2 hours.
