Tender description

The London Boroughs of Waltham Forest, and other Participating Authorities is seeking to appoint a maximum of four (4) providers for the framework agreement for the Provision of Manned Security Guarding, Supply Installation and Maintenance of CCTV, Network Management, Lone Working, Fire Alarm and Door Entry System Services in the London Borough of Waltham Forest and Participating Authorities for Lot Four Lone Worker and Associated Services.This Open Tender process is for the appointment of a maximum of four (4) providers to Lot Four Lone Worker and Associated Services only. All providers must be able to deliver the service on a national level. The framework is available to any public sector organisation to access within London and nationally. This Open Tender process is for the appointment of a maximum of four (4) providers to Lot 4 — Lone Worker and Associated Services only. All providers must be able to deliver the service on a national level. The successful Contractor shall be required to provide a smartphone application that supplies protection for lone workers and other applications which shall include dash cam and geo-tagging. The application must be compatible with all the Lead and Participating Authority’s equipment. This shall include but not be limited to Samsung and Apple smartphones. The Authority carries out financial appraisals of all organisations that Tender for the Authority’s contracts to ensure that such organisations satisfy the Authority’s minimum standards of economic and financial standing. In this instance the Authority has set the following financial thresholds for Lot 4 as follows: Minimum of 213 000 GBP annual turnover in last 2 years. The Framework is available to any public sector organisation to access within London and on a national basis.
