Tender description

In order to fulfil scientific requirements for polar research, niskin style sample bottles need to purchased as part of a new CTD (conductivity, temperature, and depth) system. A tender process was run, and subsequently re-run, with no compliant bids received (Tender Reference PR17079/A). The single source action information provided by BAS meets regulation 32.2(a) and as a result can move to a negotiated procedure with OCE. OCE are able to deliver the outlined requirements in the tender documentation BAS expect.
