Tender description

Pre-market engagement for the provision of an intelligence management solution. The Financial Conduct Authority is the conduct regulator for 58 000 financial services firms and financial markets in the UK and the prudential regulator for over 18 000 of those firms. The FCA is seeking to replace its intelligence management product (Intellect) with a solution that is cloud-based and capable of integrating with other FCA services for the purposes of data and information sharing, data analytics and collaboration with external agencies. The project’s scope is first and foremost determined by the FCA’s legal, partner and security obligations around its handing of official sensitive intelligence data and the need to maintain core FCA intelligence processes. However, the project also presents the opportunity to improve its intelligence capability and enhance the FCA’s ability to analyse and exploit the intelligence it holds.
