Tender description

The Council entered into a contract for a 5-year term with re-seller Softcat for the support and maintenance of SystmOne, an adults social care case management system. However, the service is provided by a third party supplier, The Phoenix Partnership (TPP), the software author for this system. In May 2017 Public Health entered into a contract for a 2-year term directly with TPP for an estate-wide licence for the SystmOne Community Module. The Council do not require to purchase a replacement system, but continue with the support of the existing system directly with TPP, the software author of SystmOne the owner of the source code (IPR), for both adults social care and public health. This VEAT is to notify the market that Bradford Council will continue with a support and maintenance contract with TPP for the next 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year.
