Social work services with accommodation

Tender description

1) ITT071 housing related support services for pregnant teenagers/teenage parents; 2) Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council wishes to invite tenders from experienced, competent and qualified organisations to provide accommodation-based housing related support service(s) to vulnerable young pregnant teenagers, teenage parents and their children who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in Sandwell. The duration of the contract will be 2 years from 1.8.2019 to 31.7.2021 with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years. As the services sought are subject to the light touch regime as set out in regulations 74-77 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015; the process is not subject to the full obligations of the procurement Directive, the Council shall nonetheless apply the general obligations of transparency, equal treatment and non-discrimination.
