Repair and maintenance services of central heating

Tender description

The Royal Borough of Greenwich are looking for an experienced Service Provider to undertake the servicing, maintenance and repair of communal heating and associated mechanical plant. Full description and scope of the service are provided in the tender documentation which can be accessed online following the link stated above in section 1.3). The estimated annual value of the contract is between 670 000,00 GBP and 750 000,00 GBP and as such the maximum full contract value, based on a full 10-year contract duration is 7 500 000,00 GBP. The Royal Borough of Greenwich are looking to award this contract to a single Contractor. Tenderers are to note that, Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) i.e. TUPE will apply to this contract.
