Laundry Refurbishment over a five year investment plan

Tender description

The Council wishes to appoint a provider(s) who are experienced in the refurbishment of laundry refurbishment. Council is wishing to procure full refurbishment works, on a Maintenance Programme to various laundries, located in various properties, within the Bristol area. Millpool Court, Port Elizabeth House, Highmore Court, Chard Court. Thirty two laundries are due to be fully refurbished over a four year period. This is subject to available funding and laundries requiring renewal. In addition to the full refurbishments, there will be eighteen laundries that will require some improvement works. There will be no guarantee of work or contracts for any successful Contractors. ]This document contains details of the bidding process. Proposed Framework The Framework will be for 3years and plus 1 year extension The anticipated commencement date is May/June 2019 The award criteria listed within this ITT will be used to place the top three scoring Contractors on the framework This ITT will be based on the first package of works to be called off this framework. Top scoring Contractor will be awarded the Works.
