Whole plant in modular construction - expandable afterwards. Freely programmable control with touch panel display. Production of long roll convoluted products and crescent shaped products possible by attachment of convoluting unit. Stainless steel components used in manufacture of roll plant. Good accessibility of all essential components for cleaning & maintenance. Optional pre-prover with direct transfer (bypass pre-prover for setting of round dough pieces) Also available with final prover The modular production system will include: 1. Dough Divider / Rounder The dough pieces are transferred to the spreading finger belt. 2. Pre-Rolling Unit The pre rolling unit with working width 800mm, top mounted height adjustable pressure board and driven bottom belt 3. Intermediate Prover Nominal width 800mm, approximately 190 fillable swings for a resting time of approximately 8 minutes at adjusted 25 strokes/min 4. Stamping Station Include 5 sets of stamping tools that allow for a very quick changover from one product to another. Maximum hourly output rate of 14,400 at a performance of 30 strokes per minute 5. Forming Station The forming station is capable of producing long - rolled or flattened products as well as the forming of convoluted or convoluted long rolls products 6. Removable Ring Donut Station This forming station will also be capable of producing ring donuts 7.
