Tender description

The Council wishes to appoint a provider(s) who are experienced in the refurbishment of laundry refurbishment. Council is wishing to procure full refurbishment works, on a Maintenance Programme to various laundries, located in various properties, within the Bristol area. Millpool Court, Port Elizabeth House, Highmore Court, Chard Court. The framework will be for 3 years and plus 1 year extension. The award criteria listed within this ITT will be used to place the top three scoring contractors on the framework. The ITT will be based on the first package of works to be called off this framework. Top scoring contractor will be awarded the works.
