We have identified just over 1 000 000 GBP investment as a transformation fund for care homes to support the change in the market to meet changing demand within Torbay. We therefore invite submissions expressions of interest for funding from homes willing to work together in close partnership to meet the specialist needs of people with dementia together, making best use of skills, buildings and other resources.
