Tender description

The Public Health Agency (PHA) is planning to tender for the provision of a workplace health and wellbeing support service. The Service will involve engagement with small, medium and large businesses to seek on-going commitment to improve the health, safety and well-being of employees within the workplace setting. This will involve working within the World Health Organisation (WHO) healthy workplace model and applying a collaborative, continual improvement process in support of healthy lifestyles and positive work environments. A market engagement meeting is being held at 10:30 a.m. on 1.5.2019 to gain a clear understanding of available services and developments in this market, gauge the level of interest in the provision of the service and discuss the envisaged timelines in advance of any formal tender process. Interested providers are required to their interest by emailing to the address below (see II.2.4). Exact location of the market engagement meeting will be detailed on confirmation of attendance but likely to be in the mid Ulster area. To register attendance interested providers are required to email PaLSinfo@hscni.net by 23.4.2019 providing the following information 1) Organisation name; 2) Brief description of the services your organisation provides; 3) Your web address; 4) Name and title of maximum of 2 attendees. Note: the tender is likely to be advertised during May 2019. Any tender opportunity will be advertised on eTendersNI website (https:// Etendersni.gov.uk). This PIN is not a call for tender, there is no guarantee that a tender will be advertised and any attendance does not constitute a commitment to participate in a tendering exercise. Failure to show interest in the PIN or attend the market engagement does not restrict providers from participating in any future tendering exercise.
