This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is for information only and is not a formal invitation to tender. The Council is preparing to publish a contract opportunity for the operation, delivery and facilities management of Lift, Platform, Rose Bowl and Soapbox youth projects. It is anticipated that the opportunity will be advertised in September 2019. The instructions given in the future contract notice must be followed in order to be considered. An optional market test questionnaire has been published via the London Tenders Portal. The purpose of this PIN is to maximise transparency and competition for the upcoming contract notices. All details in this PIN are subject to change in the final Contract Notice. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is for information only and is not a formal invitation to tender. The Council requires a provision for the operation, delivery and facilities management of Lift, Platform, Rose Bowl and Soapbox youth projects, which will: — deliver high quality youth work during term time and school holidays, — deliver positive physical, social and emotional outcomes for young people, — be programmed based on young people’s needs and requests, — have clear pathways into other services. The Council is seeking to secure the best quality youth provision as well as best value for money through consideration of a range of contract structures, volumes and timescales, which may be different from those which currently exist. Partnerships should be considered where this would be beneficial in effectively managing larger contracts (duration, value, the number of locations and/or staffing). An optional market test questionnaire has been published via the London Tenders Portal. At the time of the PIN the estimated total value: up to 900 000 GBP per year across the 4 services.
