Tender description

Powys County Council (“The Council”) is seeking to engage with suitably experienced, Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) registered and competent service providers to tender for a single contract for the provision of support in one property for 3 people with learning disabilities. The Council wishes to enter into a contract with a service provider to establish an arrangement for the provision of safe and reliable, high quality support services that meet minimum standards as detailed within the Service Specification. The Contract duration shall be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year plus 1 year which will be at the sole discretion of the Council. There is one property in the contract supporting 3 individuals. The property is owned and managed by First Choice Housing. The property is situated in Brecon, Powys.
