In June 2020 the majority of Lincolnshire County Council's existing contracts for the delivery of housing related support and youth housing services come to an end. To inform this work, we are undertaking an early market engagement exercise. This will help the Council develop the service specification(s) and inform decisions around the procurement process and the structure of contracts, should we decide to commission services in the future. We hope to gather the views of providers on what they think a good service for people who need to access housing related support services would look like and key factors surrounding the delivery of such services. This PIN initiates a process of early market engagement, initially engagement will be conducted utilising a questionnaire seeking the views of the market on key factors associated with the service. Following the questionnaire we are planning to hold a market engagement event, and details of which can be found below. The Council is exploring the best way in which to procure the services and this will be informed by the interest generated by this PIN and analysis of the information shared through the market engagement process. Details of early market engagement are as follows: The questionnaire can be downloaded from the portal advert section in pro contract which is where you can officially express an interest (www.procontract.due-north.com). Deadline for response is Wednesday 24.4.2019. In addition to this questionnaire, on Wednesday 8th May we are holding an event which we would like to invite you to attend.
