Tender description
Paradigm Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this pre qualification questionnaire ("PQQ") in connection with the competitive procurement of External Audit Services. This PQQ contains further information about the procurement process and the questions that Bidders must complete. Each Bidder's Response ("Response") should be detailed enough to allow the Authority to make an informed award decision. The Authority will evaluate the PQQ Responses and select the 5 highest ranking bidders (the "Bidders") who will be issued with an invitation to tender ("ITT"). The contract will be based on the Authority’s Terms and Conditions. Those Bidders who are successful at the PQQ stage will be provided with a copy of these terms and conditions at the ITT stage. All Responses must be returned no later than the deadline for receipt of Responses specified on the front cover of this PQQ.
