Tender description

The Common Services Agency (more commonly known as National Services Scotland) (“the Authority”) acting through its division National Procurement, is undertaking this procurement of Oral Nutritional Products (“Products”) as outlined further below on behalf of National Health Service (Scotland) Fife Health Board. (collectively hereafter referred to as “Participating Authorities”). For the provision and supply of Adult Oral Nutritional products to the Homes of Adult patients (over 16 years old) for NHS Fife Health Board. The home delivery provision will cover patients aged 16 years and over, registered with a GP within NHS Fife and, receiving oral nutritional support products as assessed by a registered dietitian. Currently there are approximately 1 000 adult patients within the community in NHS Fife. The annual value of the requirement is estimated at 667 000 GBP p.a.
