Tender description
Louth Co. Council wishes to auction off the following through a close auction procedure: — Engine Type MWM 800kWe TCG2016V16C Biogas. Please see Appendix C for further information of the site and engine. Auction procedure: The procedure will be a blind auction, whereby all bidders will submit sealed bids by the prescribed date. The bids will be opened and reviewed by Louth Co. Council. The highest bidder pays the price they submitted subject to it reaching Louth Co. Council reserve valuation. Louth Co.
