Horsham District Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of building fabric and minor works, mechanical, electrical and public health services. The contract covers planned preventative maintenance as well as remedial and reactive work to the Councils property portfolio. The Council is seeking to contract with one that will manage the Council’s requirements to the highest levels of satisfaction, professional standards and cost effectiveness. The contractor will be expected to work in partnership with the Council to deliver continuing improvements to service delivery and value for money over the life of the contract. The contract is due to commence on 17.10.2019 at 00:00 for a for a period of 5 years to 31.10.2024 with an option to extend for a further 2 year period subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council.
