Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council is looking for suppliers to operate a Bar service(s) at four nominated sites for Bournemouth Air Festival. The length of the contract for each lot is for one year with the option to extend the contract annually for a further two years. Therefore, if all extensions were taken, the full length of the contract would be for three years. It is anticipated that the contract will start on 1st August 2019. 3. The sites being tendered as four separate lots are: • Lot 3 – Boscombe Bar and Food • Lot 4 – Over Cliff Bar and Food • Lot 5 – Town Centre Bar and Food • Lot 6 – Gin and Prosecco Bar For more information, please express an interest in the opportunity to access the full tender documents.
