Please note this is a revenue generation contract: SPT seeks to appoint an innovative and qualified contractor with the required and proven experience to exploit the Roadside advertising opportunities within SPT’s estate and to manage and sell advertising within the 212 advertising bus shelters over East Ayrshire, East Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire, Inverclyde, North Ayrshire, South Ayrshire, South Lanarkshire and West Dunbartonshire Local Authority area. Please note this is a revenue generation contract. SPT seeks to appoint an innovative and qualified contractor with the required and proven experience to manage and sell advertising within the 212 advertising bus shelters over East Ayrshire, East Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire, Inverclyde, North Ayrshire, South Ayrshire, South Lanarkshire and West Dunbartonshire Local Authority areas. These 212 advertising bus shelters are managed by SPT, and are owned by the local authorities. Please note this is a revenue generation contract. SPT seeks to appoint an innovative and qualified contractor with the required and proven experience to exploit the Roadside advertising opportunities within SPT’s estate. The successful contractors prime objective will be to maximise revenues from those sites identified by SPT. Currently SPT has a number of sites with planning permission. The successful contractor will also be responsible for working with SPT to identify and optimise other potential sites across the SPT estate, and for bringing approved sites forward for development as part of this contract. SPT has identified and has obtained planning permission for 2 initial sites capable of displaying large format adverts (48 sheet) and a further 8 potential sites. The successful contractor will be responsible for obtaining planning permission for the 8 potential sites identified by SPT.
