19-17 Student Journey Mapping & Segmentation Project

Tender description

To produce a detailed map of the ‘end to end’ student journey from awareness to graduation, segmented by relevant student characteristics, actionable insights into the characteristics of our student body, and identified target markets for recruitment growth. These elements will be reported along with a prioritised action plan to enable the university to make the most of potential recruitment markets, and to understand how we can provide a ‘better’ applicant and student experience. This is a one off Procurement exercise for the University with the Contract term being for a set time period, key deliverables are required during the course of the contract and these are detailed below:  Research to commence on Contract Award.  Final report must be delivered by 1st November 2019  Presentation to key senior stakeholders by the 30th November 2019. The delivery organisation is expected to remain available to respond to specific questions as a recruitment strategy is developed and implementation begins, until 29th February 2020. Please note, proven experience of the Higher Education Sector is a mandatory requirement.
