Tender description

We are conducting this procurement process because we want to appoint the most suitable supplier(s) for the refurbishment and upgrade of our welfare facilities where required across the entire Thames Water estate. Welfare facilities include toilets, kitchens, shower and the scope will cover the following services: design, supply, installation, commission. We are conducting this procurement process because we want to appoint the most suitable supplier(s) for the refurbishment and upgrade of our welfare facilities where required across the entire Thames Water estate. This project will cover the implementation of a multi supplier framework agreement for the refurbishment and upgrade of welfare facilities across Thames Water estate. There will be 1 framework agreement covering the entire Thames Water estate, we will run mini competitions in order to award work packages under the framework agreement. Welfare facilities requiring refurbishments or upgrade include but are not limited to: toilets, showers and kitchens. The specification for welfare upgrade will be provided as part of the tender. Thames Water intends to award a Framework Agreement for an initial term of 3 years with options to extend annually up to maximum of 8 years.
